Are you a confirmed speaker at our conference?
Information Needed From Our Confirmed Conference Speakers
1. For promotional purposes, our Communications and Public Relations Committee asks for the Following:
- Your preferred publicity photo and current bio
- A title for your talk
- A brief summary of your talk (2-3 sentences)
- Please complete the Speaker Release Form giving P2P permission to record and post your edited presentation on our website. Make sure to click 'Submit' at bottom of Form:

2. Our Technology Committee asks the following:
- Do you plan to use slides or video, and if so, do you want to run them yourself or have us do it?
- What is the best way to reach you the day of the event (cell phone number, texting number and email address) in case of any last minute tech glitches?
- Due to the expected size of the audience, we will not allow participants to unmute themselves to comment or ask questions during your talk, but we can allow them to either:
- Use the Chat and comment without restriction to you, to the organizers, and to each other,
- Send questions and comments only to you and the organizers, or
- Disable chat during your talk (there will be interactive break-out sessions for further discussion).
- Which of these chat settings do you prefer?
- Our Technology Committee requests to have a technical dry run some time in the week before the event to check your video and audio quality and to align on how they can best support you to have a successful presentation experience. They request that the technical dry run be in the same room using the same equipment and settings you plan to use the day of the conference, preferably around the same time of day so that sun glare, backlight issues, etc. can be addressed, if needed.
2. Our Enrollment Committee Asks:
- Are you willing to share notices and invitations about this conference with your mailing list? We are willing to forward notices to your mailing list if you prefer.
