Adolphus Redding Jr. is a dedicated community advocate, reentry leader, and motivational voice whose life journey reflects resilience, transformation, and service. Mr. Redding committed himself to personal growth and education during his incarceration and earned his Associate of Arts degree from Centralia College. Through perseverance and determination, he has become an active voice in reentry, workforce development, and community empowerment initiatives.
Professionally, he currently works in the aerospace manufacturing industry as a machinist, where he applies precision, discipline, and continuous learning in a highly technical field. Beyond his professional work, he has served as a former member of the Governor’s Construction Trades Transition Planning Committee, helping shape conversations and strategies around successful reentry and career pathways for justice-impacted individuals.
Today, Mr. Redding continues his advocacy as a current member of Community Partners Transition Solutions, where he works to support individuals transitioning back into society. He is also a committed community volunteer and member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He uses his lived experience to inspire hope, accountability, and opportunity for others seeking a second chance.
Through leadership, mentorship, and service,  Adolphus Redding Jr. represents the power of perseverance and the impact of purposeful transformation.
